Solstice

The Merlot grapes for this product were carefully harvested in mid-September at optimum ripeness. The soil composition is characterized by a very fine terroir of clayey gravel resting on a limestone subsoil. The acceptance blend is exclusively 100% Merlot. The dedicated surface area for cultivation is 1.5 hectares, resulting in a yield of 45 hectolitres per hectare, with a planting density of 5,500 vines per hectare.

For the ageing process, a meticulous approach is adopted, with 100% of the wine matured in vats to preserve the fruit characteristics. The overall production of this wine amounts to 5,400 bottles, showcasing a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
