On Saturday, October 17th and Sunday, October 18th, 2026, we are delighted to open the doors of Château de l’Hospital, located in Portets, for the Graves Open Days.

Throughout the weekend, we invite you to come and discover our wine estate, our history, our vineyards and, of course, our wines.

Welcome to Château de l’Hospital in Portets

Located at 8 rue de l’Hospital in Portets, in the heart of the Graves appellation, our estate is a place to which we are particularly attached.

Over the years, we have been committed to bringing Château de l’Hospital to life through our wines, our work in the vineyards and our desire to share our passion with everyone who comes to meet us.

Our vineyard is rooted in the Graves terroir, in the Gironde region, an emblematic area of the Bordeaux wine region. We also cultivate our vines according to the principles of organic farming, paying particular attention to our soils, our environment and biodiversity.

A Weekend to Discover Our Estate and Our Wines

The Graves Open Days are a wonderful opportunity for us to welcome you to Château de l’Hospital and take the time to share and exchange with you.

Throughout these two days, we will invite you to discover our world of wine and taste the wines of Château de l’Hospital.

We particularly enjoy these moments of meeting and sharing: they allow us to talk about our profession, our vineyard, our choices and what makes our wines unique.

Whether you are already a fan of our wines or are discovering Château de l’Hospital for the first time, we will be delighted to introduce you to our estate and share a few special moments together around wine. 

Graves: A Terroir Close to Our Hearts

Being winegrowers in Portets also means being deeply connected to the Graves terroir.

Located on the left bank of the Garonne River, the Graves appellation is one of the historic appellations of the Bordeaux wine region. Its gravelly soils and unique environment contribute to the distinctive character of the wines produced here.

At Château de l’Hospital, we are committed to showcasing this terroir through our work in the vineyard and our wines.

For us, every bottle tells a story about the place where it was made, the vintage and the work carried out throughout the year.
