Composition: 70 % Merlot, 20 % Cabernet-Sauvignon, & 10 % Malbec
Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed before being placed in temperature-controlled troncopyramid concrete vats. No sulfites are added before ageing, and yeast is added directly to the grapes to ensure a rapid fermentation that preserves the fruit, aromas and color typical of each grape variety. Vatting lasts from 15 to 21 days, depending on the grape variety and the batch harvested.
Commentary: Ruby-red color. Expressive nose of ripe red fruit with toasty, spicy notes. On the palate, a supple attack reveals lovely fruit, with a silky finish and mellow tannins.

Composition: 80% Sauvignon blanc & 20% Sémillon
Winemaking: Musts are extracted by pneumatic pressing and then fermented at 20° to preserve aromas; 50% in vats & 50% in barrels.
Commentary: Pale yellow color with brilliant highlights. Expressive nose with notes of exotic fruits and pineapple, embellished by the scent of jasmine flowers on the second nose. On the palate, a fleshy, expressive wine with refreshing citrus notes. The balance and complexity of this blend leave a fresh finish.




La Dame de L’Hospital

Composition: 90% Merlot Noir & 10% Cabernet-Sauvignon
Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed before being placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Vatting lasts between 15 and 21 days, depending on the grape varieties and batches harvested.
Commentary: Velvety, ruby-red color with hints of mauve and pink. The nose is fine, with aromas of black and stone fruit, dried meat and Sichuan pepper. A fleshy, fruity experience that covers the entire palate, after a generous attack of slightly spicy myrtle and red fruit flavors.
Solstice
Graves Rouge 2020
Composition: 100% Merlot
Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed before being placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Vatting lasts between 15 and 21 days, with no SO2 (bisulfite) added at any stage of vinification or bottling.
Commentary: Beautiful dark color. Intense red fruit nose. Sweet honey aromas on the attack. Fruity and ample on the palate. Good length with aromatic persistence.
