The total surface area dedicated to this wine is 10 hectares, with a yield set at 35 hectolitres per hectare and a density of 5,500 vines per hectare.<\/p>\n<p>The ageing process involves maturation in 300-liter barrels lasting 12 months, with each grape variety aged separately. Notably, 30% of the barrels are renewed each year.
