The soil composition is characterized by a very fine terroir of clayey gravel resting on a limestone subsoil. The acceptance blend consists of 100% Merlot, and the total surface area for this product is 1.5 hectares. The yield is set at 45 hectolitres per hectare, with a density of 5,500 vines per hectare. For ageing, the approach involves 100% maturation in vats to preserve the fruit characteristics. The production of this wine results in 9,000 bottles, which were bottled on April 24, 2020.
