The soil composition is characterized by a very fine terroir of clayey gravel resting on a limestone subsoil. The acceptance blend is exclusively 100% Merlot. The dedicated surface area for cultivation is 1.5 hectares, resulting in a yield of 45 hectolitres per hectare, with a planting density of 5,500 vines per hectare. For the ageing process, a meticulous approach is adopted, with 100% of the wine matured in vats to preserve the fruit characteristics.
